The following was in The Moorestown Sun on May 22nd:
Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that its Moorestown office had an outstanding sales month during April.  According to Terry Spahr, regional manager of the New Jersey/Delaware Region, “The Moorestown office finished number two in the region in sales units and sales volume during the month of April. Moorestown’s sales volume was up 3 percent over last April.”

Denise Jasinski, manager added “Our average sale price also increased by 6 percent versus last April.”  According to Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. “For buyers and sellers looking to accomplish their homeownership goals, the Moorestown professionals are well-equipped to help consumers identify opportunities in today’s market.”
This is great news, all around, for Moorestown; property values are going up and more homes are being sold.  This is confirmation that I made the right move and I like that I am a part of this successful group here in Moorestown.
