According to the National Association of REALTORS 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Home Sellers, 89% of all buyers used the internet some time during their home search and 76% used it frequently during the search.  In 2013, 43% of all buyers found their home on the internet, compared to 8% in 2001.  These are some pretty good reasons to market your home on the internet.

There are many ways that your South Jersey REALTOR® can market your house.  In this rapidly changing environment, an individual marketing plan must be crafted for each individual house based upon the current market conditions. The front yard sign will let the neighbors and everyone who drives by know that your house is for sale. There will be an entry in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that will spread the word to an even wider audience.  
A very large audience can be found via online marketing.  Realtor.com is the go-to for just about anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.  Sites like Trulia.com and Zillow.com get millions of visitors each day.  These sites can spread the word about your house to potential buyers in all across the country and world-wide.  
Sharing listings on social media is a great way to get the word out about your listing.  Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter allow everyone to share the listings through links.  There is also the ability to point out specific attributes of your house that might appeal to a certain type of buyer.  Each social media network can have a very different user, so this shares your listing with a variety of people who can also spread the word by forwarding a link to someone they know who might be interested.
Online marketing can be customized to market your house to the exact potential buyer.  Your REALTOR® has built networks in the online marketing arena that will allow your listing to be seen by all of the right people so that you will find your buyer in a very timely fashion.
